Time of payment: In the case of cash on delivery, please pay to the delivery company when the product is delivered.

Product delivery time: In principle, we will deliver within one week.

In the case of prepayment, delivery will be within one week after payment is confirmed.

If we cannot deliver within one week, we will inform you of the delivery date by e-mail.

Return/exchange special agreement: Rabbit Air Japan accepts returns and exchanges at any time within 90 days from the date of shipment of the product.

● For returns or exchanges due to damage during delivery, incorrect product, defective product, etc., after contacting us, we will promptly replace or send a new product at our expense.

● If the product is returned for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost. The air purifier and accessories must be in like-new condition, and accessories (remote controls, manuals, etc.) must be wrapped in plastic and included in the package. Upon inspection and confirmation that the above conditions are met, a full refund or replacement will be processed. Please note that a restocking fee may apply depending on the condition of the returned item. Please note that once the replacement filter is opened, it cannot be returned.
